I wouldn't worry about the warning. If you were to receive a ticket, it would most likely be careless driving. Unless you did not come to a complete stop, then it would be a failure to stop. But depending on what state you live, you may have it resolved and thrown out. Here in new jersey, failure to stop is known as code 39:4-144, but if there were a vehicle infront of yours, and both vehicle have come to a complete stop, the vehicle beinhd the first does not need to stop again. NJ Code 39:4-145. Hope this helps.
